Willapa Bay, Washington:
Willapa Bay is also on the coast of Washington State. It lies between the mouth of the Columbia River and Grays Harbor. It has a very good
hatchery run of King and Silver Salmon. We troll with G-Loomis rods, Shimono reels and use Herring for bait. I have a 26 ft. Alumaweld Jet
Boat. Most of the salmon fisheries have a limit of 2 fish per person, but sometimes that can change to a 3 fish limit on this bay. King Salmon
can run 20 to 30 lbs. and Silver Salmon up to 20 lbs. Motels available in the area.
